This is a unique opportunity to join Lenovo's Global Product Services Team as a Senior Finance Manager, Global Sustainability. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the annual budget planning activities, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, financial goals, and execution roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Serve as the Financial Lead for our Sustainability Business Unit, providing advice on business development and strategy, and overseeing its financial performance.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the annual budget planning activities, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams on strategy, financial goals, and execution roadmap.
- Financial Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present financial packages to SSG Senior Leadership Team, highlighting key financial performance metrics and trends.
- Investment Planning and Monitoring: Review investment plans for new offerings and monitor their execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial goals.
- Finance and Product Portfolio Experience: Proven experience in finance and product portfolio management, with a strong understanding of full P/L scope and global experience.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Financial Acumen and Business Insights: Demonstrated financial acumen and overall business insights, with the ability to provide strategic advice on business development and strategy.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls and meet deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in finance and product portfolio management.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Team Player: Team player attitude, with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
