About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Revive Building Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to create a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable space.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe and secure.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean appearance.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer for the right candidate.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring you to travel to various locations to perform your duties. You will be working 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.

The language of work is English, and you will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
