We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team at Super Choice Construction Ltd. As a Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to ensure a high-quality finish on our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Supervise other workers to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow the coat to dry
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall finishing
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy materials
Work Setting:

Our Drywall Finisher will work on various construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, in various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
