Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of cleaning staff. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining a safe and clean environment.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
