Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery and surrounding areas.
  • Restock shelves and displays, ensuring that products are properly rotated and facing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
