At 1659183 Ontario Inc., we are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
* Scan items and receive payment for goods or services
* Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
* Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries
* Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products

Requirements:

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Experience an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work a 35-hour week
