Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Experience Platform Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to ensure seamless data integration and high performance.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate data from various sources, including CRM systems, web analytics, social media, and other customer data platforms, into AEP.
- Design and configure XDM schemas, datasets, and data views in AEP to support business requirements.
- Implement and manage real-time customer profiles in AEP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Manage identity resolution processes and ensure data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain APIs to integrate AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (ACJA) for insights and optimization.
- Assist in developing advanced segmentation and personalization strategies using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain documentation for AEP processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical expertise in AEP, RT-CDP, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schemas, datasets, and data views.
- Experience with data integration tools and processes.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Detailed knowledge of the guardrails/limitations of the platform.
- Experience with data integration tools and processes.
- Expertise in core web technologies, including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
- Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills to deliver the projects.
