Job Summary

This role involves providing general assistance related to clients, the investment management team, trade and office support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new client onboarding: paperwork, transfers & administration
  • Assist and resolve client requests or issues
  • Support Investment Counsel Team with account reviews
  • Prepare new client and existing annual packages
  • Assist with prospect proposals & financial planning
  • Participate in cold calling

This includes supporting activities such as Client Service and Business Development (50%), Trading, Operations, Administration & Office Support (25%), and Research Assistance (25%).

Requirements
  • Recent graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Canadian Securities Course is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High emphasis on ethics and integrity
  • Attention to detail and quality of service
