Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Timmins, Canada. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing complex metal fabrication and repair tasks.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.
• Inspect finished work to guarantee compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in optimal condition to ensure maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project milestones and meet customer expectations.

• Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.
• Certification in welding techniques (AWS, CWB).
• Prior experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
