About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Strategist to lead our compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will work closely with senior management to develop and manage total rewards strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation structures, benefits, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

In this leadership role, you will oversee base compensation, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation, and employee benefits. You will also analyze compensation data, track program effectiveness, and present insights to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in large multinational organizations, particularly in the dental or healthcare industry, is an asset. Bilingualism in French and English is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with our business objectives and market standards.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits (health, retirement, wellness).
  • Executive Compensation: Manage executive pay, stock options, and related programs to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop communication strategies to help employees understand the value of total rewards.
  • Data and Reporting: Analyze compensation data, track program effectiveness, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, HR, Business, etc.); Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of total rewards experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Certification (CCP, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or PHR) is preferred.
  • Experience in large multinational organizations; dental or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

Salary:

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $120,000-$150,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
