Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, discussing their needs, and offering solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, ensuring accurate processing and timely completion.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, ensuring timely and efficient restocking processes.
