Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills to coordinate and oversee the operational logistics of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations;
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management;
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of job knowledge;
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to meet organizational objectives;
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to maximize efficiency;
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries;
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance;
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity;
  • Document completed work accurately and efficiently;
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to meet business objectives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently;
  • Team player mentality to collaborate with others to achieve common goals;
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues;
Experience

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar logistics or operations management position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational logistics and the ability to analyze and improve processes.
