**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our Purchasing team. Your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and implementing strategic sourcing processes, contract/vendor management practices, and driving areas of continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and develop strategic sourcing processes to optimize procurement efficiency and cost savings
- Lead the Purchasing team in coordinating daily activities, including inventory management and procurement planning
- Develop and implement contract/vendor management practices to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Drive areas of continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
**Requirements**
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in supply chain/procurement, including leadership in governance, process, and systems
- Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to innovate, inspire, empower, and coach others
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaborative relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative analytics and problem-solving
- College or University degree in Procurement, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline
**What We Offer**
We are proud to offer a competitive salary for this role, in the range of $105,000 to $120,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. This position includes extensive benefits coverage and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and successful team.
