HGV Driver

HGC is seeking a skilled HGV Driver to transport goods across Canada.

• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and safety.
• Oversee all aspects of vehicle operations, including maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with central dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires a valid AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and a strong attention to detail.

• AZ class license.
• Air Brakes Endorsement.
• Valid passport.
• Basic security clearance.
• Criminal record check.
• Driver's validity licence check.
• Driving record check (abstract).
• Drug test.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willing to travel cross-border.
• Willing to travel for extended periods.
• Willing to travel overnight.
