About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Installation Specialist to join our team at SQ Construction. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation of kitchen cupboards and vanities, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the optimal layout and installation procedures for kitchen cupboards and vanities.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential, as you will be working with precision tools and materials.

Weight Handling:

  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight may be handled during installations.

Personal Suitability:

  • Punctuality and reliability are essential, as you will be working on-site and meeting deadlines.
  • Organized and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Workplace Information:

  • The role involves on-the-road work, with regular travel to different job sites.
