About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Project Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support complex internal audits and special projects to add value and deliver independent assurance to Management and Lenovo's Board.
  • Develop and maintain adequate business acumen to fulfill Internal Audit responsibilities.
  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments to set audit scope with focus on key areas of business risk.
  • Design and execute audit tests to deliver sufficient and compelling data/facts to support audit conclusion.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommended actions to Internal Audit management and drive alignment with Management.
  • Prepare written audit work papers and perform follow-up with management on timely audit action closure.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or controls/compliance focused activities, including experience leading audits or projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related degree program.
  • Public, high tech, and/or manufacturing company experience desired, preferably in a large, multinational.
  • 10-15% international travel may be required.
  • Certification or working toward certification in Auditing, Accounting, or Finance-related area (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.)
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related degree program.
