Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in maintenance and repair areas, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems, with the ability to read technical manuals.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand and power tools, with a strong understanding of their safe use.
  • Communication Skills: Good English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contractors.
  • Physical Demands: Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Transportation: A vehicle is a must, with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
