About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team at TOPNOTCH DISPOSAL SERVICES INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate a dump truck to transport goods and materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from the dump truck, ensuring that all materials are properly secured and transported safely.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring that all deliveries and pickups are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Vehicle: Regularly inspect the dump truck to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Meet Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Licenses and Certifications: DZ class license, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week
