About the Job

This Asset Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of the Support Hub. As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. Your attention to detail and technical proficiency will contribute to the success of the team and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receive and process asset orders from the mailroom.
  2. Tag and complete Confirmation of Receipt (COR) on all capital assets.
  3. Approve invoices and ensure compliance with financial processes.
  4. Manage and track the deployment of assets by the team.
  5. Maintain and monitor lab space to support remote workers.
  6. Provide reports on asset management and procurement as requested.
  7. Partner with tech support to ensure hardware compliance standards are met.
  8. Configure and deploy hardware to new hires during onboarding.
  9. Liaise with hiring teams and the Support Hub for special requests.
  10. Manage email, chat, and ticketing systems for asset-related tasks.
  11. Collect and store assets properly when employees offboard.
  12. Receive and process purchase requests for procurement handling.
  13. Submit purchase orders for approval.
  14. Coordinate and track team inventory.
  15. Accountable for tracking missing items and maintaining accuracy.
  16. Co-manage the Support Hub Mailbox and ticketing systems.
  17. Cross-train on other team roles and responsibilities.
  18. Coordinate E-Waste and Loaner Programs for the site.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong commitment to meeting the needs of the business.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and collaborating with a technical workforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional follow-through and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ticketing systems preferred (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications

Technical knowledge or willingness to learn and become technically proficient on the job. Ability to lift 15k/30lbs.
