About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team at 019984 Hub Financial Inc. in London. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in fostering client growth and retention by collaborating with our HUB advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through calls and emails to identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Review clients' insurance and investment portfolios to identify areas for improvement and propose suitable strategies.
  • Prepare policy and account information for client meetings and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage client service inquiries and handle service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Initiate proactive communication with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and meet their financial needs.
  • Cultivate new client relationships by demonstrating the value of our services and identifying potential areas for portfolio growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a financial services or insurance industry.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills; able to express concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Positive attitude, approachable, and engaging with a strong desire to learn and grow within HUB.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Segregated Fund, and Life Insurance products is an asset.
  • LLQP & Mutual Fund License are both considered an asset.
