Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Muskoka-Parry Sound Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services to individuals and families in need of support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Organized and reliable.
This is a temporary position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English or French.
