Kitchen Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at SRA TABER LIMITED. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership when needed.
