Job Description

  • Purchase and analyze recurring requirements for current projects.
  • Place purchase orders and request information from suppliers.
  • Modify purchase orders when necessary and redirect project teams as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and invoicing suppliers.
  • Following up on delivery and accounting receipts of orders.
  • Collaborating in monitoring general terms and conditions.
  • Accompanying project teams to draw up recommendations to prevent or control cost overruns.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in procurement or related field.
  • Fluently bilingual.
  • College diploma in administration, accounting techniques, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of databases and computerized supply management systems an asset.
