Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled 3rd year apprentice commercial refrigeration mechanic to join our team at our Lethbridge, Alberta location. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in refrigeration system design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities- System Design & Installation
- Design and installation of welded, threaded, and/or brazed refrigeration piping systems
- Conduct start-ups, inspections, and preventative maintenance for refrigeration and compression systems
- Troubleshooting of refrigeration electrical control systems and performance of necessary repairs
- Prioritization of workplace safety by adhering to all safety protocols
- Delivery of exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
- Collaboration with colleagues to maintain a secure work environment
- Registered with Apprenticeship Industry Training as a 3rd/4th-year apprentice (Refrigeration) or Journeyman certification
- Basic computer skills required (MS Office Applications)
- Class A Gas Fitting is an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
