Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our Legal Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to our business operations, including reviewing and analyzing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the business operations, including reviewing and analyzing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
- Assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal agreements.
- Conduct research and provide advice on legal matters related to our business operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting our business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal or contract analyst role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal and technical documents.
- Expertise with Microsoft, DocuSign, and SharePoint applications.
