Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Support sales floor activities, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
