Warehouse Supervisor Role

Vibrant Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, organization, and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
