Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker - Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing our existing client base. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of commercial insurance, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth of their business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their insurance needs, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Client Service:
- Provide exceptional service to clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client insurance programs to ensure they are aligned with their business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of insurance needs and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Requirements
- RIBO license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
