About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. as a Culinary Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our kitchen operations.
