The RoleWe seek a Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of our new products, particularly in the fraud and payments categories.
In this role, you will focus on driving the adoption of our newly developed products and shaping our product roadmap, working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.
You will be responsible for both strategy and execution, partnering with specialist teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns that drive customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product team to develop and implement product strategies, monitoring performance and providing recommendations.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, developing insights that inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver training and resources for sales and marketing teams, enhancing their ability to sell and promote our products effectively.
- Design and create a variety of content types, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and video scripts that support marketing and sales objectives.
- Provide marketing strategic expertise to ensure content is informative, engaging, and tailored to target audiences across different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Work closely with product management, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective market strategy.
- Develop and help monitor metrics to track outcomes and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience in B2B tech.
- 2+ years experience in fraud or financial services.
- Proven ability to perform market research and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience in content creation, including whitepapers, blog posts, and LinkedIn content.
- Previous experience working with distributed international teams.
