Job Description

The F&I Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business office by managing finance and insurance transactions, analyzing financial data, and building strong relationships with lenders and other financial partners. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide our sales team to optimize profitability while meeting customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance or a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle sales and finance processes. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with customers to discuss financing options, explain terms and conditions, and assist them in completing necessary paperwork.
  • Work with various financial institutions to secure loans for customers. Submit credit applications, negotiate terms, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with financing deals.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.

  • Proficient in finance-related software and dealership management systems (e.g., Route One, PBS).
  • Ability to analyze financial data and reports.
