Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Sanjay Rana. As a key member of our family support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our children.

Responsibilities:
  • Household Management: Take full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Childcare and Supervision: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as provide close supervision during meals, outings, and other activities.
  • Education and Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into confident and capable individuals.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Logistics and Errands: Take children to and from school, appointments, and other scheduled activities, ensuring they arrive on time and safely.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to our children, helping them navigate life's challenges with ease.
Requirements:
  • Secondary Education: Hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Possess at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Work Hours: Be available to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
