Job Title: Transport Truck Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Transport Truck Mechanic to join our team at Le centre du camion (Amiante) Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, including automotive and truck-trailer systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, electrical and electronic systems, brake systems, hydraulic systems, and fuel and emission systems.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring overtime, to meet tight deadlines and ensure minimal downtime for our fleet.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-pressure environment.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
