As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our farm machinery and equipment. Your primary duties will include applying the technique of hoeing between rows, cleaning crops, harvesting crops, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Experience in a similar role is an asset, and proficiency in English is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
