Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our Burger King team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures.
    • Package and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take orders and operate a point-of-sale system, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and address any issues or concerns.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and store inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Health and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
    • Report any hazards or incidents to management, ensuring that corrective action is taken promptly.

  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
