Job Title: Collections Specialist

Robert Half is partnering with a leading organization in the manufacturing industry to hire a Collections Specialist for their collaborative team. This is a full-time permanent position located in the Woodbridge, ON area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound collection calls to resolve past due balances and decrease outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as sales, to resolve customer disputes and negotiate payments.
  • Prepare and update AR ageing reports and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • ERP system experience is an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Detailed and able to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume dynamic environment.
