Job Summary

Partner Staffing is a leading recruitment agency specializing in providing top talent to various industries, including Oil and Gas, Engineering, and Utilities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team based in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Handle invoices, process payments, and track receivables to ensure timely payment and collection of funds.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage employee payroll, including tax withholdings and benefit contributions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers, and process sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Perform bank reconciliations and assist with budgeting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
