The Funeral Director will be responsible for coordinating funeral services, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to families.

1. Meet with Families: Discuss funeral arrangements, obtain necessary information, and confirm family preferences.
2. Coordinate Services: Arrange visitation, funeral, and graveside services, ensuring all details are executed according to family wishes and company standards.
3. Manage Events: Plan and execute various events, including resource planning, ordering music, flowers, or catering, producing memorial products, and setting up event rooms.

• Education: Graduation from an accredited mortuary science program.
• Licenses: Current Funeral Director license as required by provincial regulations.
• Experience: Industry experience is preferred.
