Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residence, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, and guests
  • Maintain work and storage areas in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Participate as a member of the Environmental Services team and collaborate with other team members
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Project a professional image and focus on customer satisfaction in interactions with residents, families, and guests
  • Operate and clean equipment, furniture, and maintain all areas related to residents according to work routines
  • Aware of employee and supervisor responsibilities and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of seniors' needs
  • Ability to organize work and work under strict time constraints
  • High standard of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Ability to operate related equipment
Work Schedule

This position requires working 30 hours biweekly, primarily between 8am and 4pm. A flexible schedule may be required to meet the needs of the residence and its residents.
