Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Guidance

Resolve complex work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Cost Estimation and Materials Management

Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.

Reporting and Coordination

Prepare production and other reports, coordinating activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Team Leadership and Training

Lead and train a team of 5-10 people, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong educational background and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to project demands.
