Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to various locations within the office
  • Process and sort mail and packages using Canada Post and Purolator services
  • Ensure the quality of materials processed and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Understand and adhere to end-to-end processes for Canadian Document Services
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive process enhancements
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with Sun Life employees
  • Recognize and address customer and business needs to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs and work overtime as needed
  • Reliability Status through the Government of Canada is required prior to start date
