Job Title: Clinical Team Leader - Eating Disorders

The Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Eating Disorders Program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, program planning, and development, as well as overseeing the implementation of new clinical models of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to the interdisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement program plans and strategies
  • Oversee the implementation of new clinical models of service
  • Collaborate with regional partners to enhance program services
  • Provide education and training to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Masters of Social Work degree or Masters of Clinical Counselling degree
  • Registered with applicable Professional College
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive clinical Pediatric experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience providing care to Eating Disorder patients
Competencies:
  • Sound knowledge of the Child and Family Services Act III and Mental Health Act
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
