About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to join our team of talented professionals. As a UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design of digital products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop strategic plans for digital product development
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop design strategies that meet those needs
  • Develop and implement information systems business solutions that meet client requirements
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • SOURCE, SELECT AND ORGANIZE INFORMATION FOR INCLUSION AND DESIGN THE APPEARANCE, LAYOUT AND FLOW OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
  • Create and optimize content for digital products using various graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Research and evaluate various interactive media software products
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop digital product graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
  • Resolve conflict situations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in UX design, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other design tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
