About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Ortec Group in Sarnia, Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong partnerships with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with customers and prospects;
  • Manage customer accounts and negotiate commercial agreements;
  • Conduct site visits to assess business needs and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Renew contracts and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or chemical cleaning field;
  • Knowledge of provincial and regional competitors and environmental legislation;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ability to travel regularly to Ontario sites;
  • Curiosity, proactivity, tenacity, customer orientation, and strategic thinking.
