Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Installation Specialist to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with project managers and sales teams to review, understand, and implement installation blueprints and plans to complete installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
  • Pre-wire, install, program, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain systems.
  • Develop and execute acceptance testing plans that meet contract and client requirements.
  • Assist in system design and layout.
  • Provide customer training and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Build relationships with clients and prospects for future opportunities.
  • Perform administrative duties, including project updates and documentation.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the integrated security industry.
  • Postsecondary training in electronics or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • Vendor certification in low-voltage systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Ability to use hand and specialty tools associated with the industry.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
