Food Service Attendant with Customer Focus

About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Food Service Attendant to join our Tim Hortons team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to our menu standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and promote a positive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Language: English or French (bilingualism an asset).
- Schedule: 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive Salary: $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
