Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Content Creator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling social media content that resonates with our audience. Your role will involve working closely with our Copy Manager and Art Directors to develop engaging content that showcases our brand's personality and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceive and create social-first or social-only content in coordination with our editorial team
- Collaborate with our creative teams on various marketing projects, including storyboarding concepts and brainstorming
- Develop ad copy for performance marketing creative ads
- Work closely with our in-house content creator to edit social videos and assist with in-store shoots

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting or a related field
- Strong editorial judgment and excellent writing and copy-editing skills
- Ability to multitask, balance priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment producing up to 30 weekly videos a year
- Proficiency in the latest social media trends and technologies, as well as AI capabilities
