Job Title: Supervisor, Customer Service Clerks

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Customer Service Clerks to join our team at Home's Pro Building Materials.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Customer Service Clerks will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including customer service and support
  • Recruit and hire staff to join the customer service team
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory of customer service materials
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
