About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to join our team at K.A.N. Ltd. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels, processing stock, and ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Receive, count, and record incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management system.
  • Shelf Maintenance: Organize and maintain our store shelves, ensuring products are facing forward, priced correctly, and easily accessible to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient stockroom operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, and a requirement to walk, bend, and crouch.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
