Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Litens Automotive Group. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our quality management system, aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead internal and external quality audits, assessments, and certifications to ensure the effectiveness of our quality management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing defects and improving overall quality.
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
- Communicate quality performance metrics and trends to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational excellence programs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Software/Controls Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive projects with electro/mechanical systems.
- Working knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 26262 Functional Safety software development process.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile software development process.
- Knowledge of industry standards, such as VDA TISAX and Cybersecurity of Automotive vehicles.
